Wild Alaskan Golden King Crab

 

Did you know you can steam Wild Alaskan Golden King Crab in your instant pot in just 4 minutes? It is seriously such a game changer! It is the perfect starter or meal for all of your upcoming holiday festivities. And they are super easy to prep!

What you’ll need:
2 lbs. Vital Choice Wild Alaskan Golden King Crab
1 cup chicken bone broth (substitute water)
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp Lemon and pepper seasoning
1/2 lemon slice

Butter Dipping Sauce:
6 Tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves minced
1/2 lemon juiced

Instructions:
1. Place the bone broth, butter, seasonings, and trivet in Instant pot
2. Place the king crab on top of the trivet
3. Close Instant pot, seal valve, set to manual high pressure for 4 minutes
4. Once done carefully quick release the pressure
5. Place crab on a platter
6. Melt your butter, mix with minced garlic, and juice of 1/2 lemon
