 Easy Air Fryer Cheesecake 




CRUST
  • 100g finely crushed cookies
  • 60g melted butter
mix together, press into 7 inch pan & air fry at 170°C for 10 minutes. once done, let it cool.

CREAMCHEESE BATTER
  • 500g cream cheese
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 30g condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 120g whipping cream
  • 30g all purpose flour
  • 80g chopped cookies

mix cream cheese, sugar & condensed milk until smooth. make sure the sugar is fully dissolved.



add vanilla essence, egg one by one & mix until well combined.

add whipping cream, whisk until just combined. don't overmix.

next, add all purpose flour & mix again until just combined. lasty add the crushed oreo.

pour the cheesecake batter into the pan & cover the pan with aluminium foil.

air fry at 180°C for 30 minutes then remove the aluminium foil. reduce the temperature to 150°C & bake for further 15 minutes or until the cheesecake is baked & slightly jiggly in the centre.
**the baking time may take a little more or less depending on the air fryer.

once the air fryer has turned off, let it sit for 30 minutes before taking it out and let it cool completely at room temperature.

finally, pour the ganache on top of cheesecake once it has cooled. let it chill in the fridge for at least 8 hours.




GANACHE
  • 60g milk chocolate or dark chocolate
  • 30g whipping cream
  • 1 tsp butter
combine everything in a bowl & double boil.
