Strawberry Swiss Tart Cookies




  • 250g butter
  • 90g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 150g cornstarch
  • 150g all purpose flour
  • strawberry filling

steps :
1. beat butter and powdered sugar for 2 minutes with medium speed

2. add egg yolk and vanilla essence. whisk together until well combined

3. add the cornstarch & all purpose flour. mix the flour until just fully combined

4. put the dough in piping bag with open star nozzle (I use 864 nozzle)

5. pipe the dough, press the centre a little bit and pipe the strawberry filling

6. bake at 160°C for 15-20 minutes or until the cookies base turned golden brown.
