Chewy Soft Cookies
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup soft brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 small egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
keep the cookie dough in chiller for 20 minutes before baking them.
preheat oven 170°c 10 minutes. bake for 12 minutes.
