Blueberry Cheesecake






~ crust ~

  • 15 pcs digestives cookies (crushed)
  • 7 tbsp melted butter
combine together and press into a pan. chill the crust for 20 mins


~ cream cheese ~
  • 500g cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup condensed milk
  • 60ml whipping cream
chill 5-6 hours or overnight

~ blueberry jam topping ~
  • 2 cup frozen/fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • lemon squeeze
cook on low heat and bring to boil. mix 2 tsp cornstarch with 60ml water and pour into the blueberry mixture. stir until it thickened.
let it cool and pour on the cheesecake.
